PAYMENT
Do I have to pay up front?
No, we will invoice each advertisement individually one week prior to the magazine being distributed. Please note that “At Your Fingertips” adverts are invoiced quarterly or via monthly Standing Only payments only.
What are your payment terms?
14 days from receipt of invoice. The invoice will be sent out to you the week prior to the magazine distribution. Full Colour, Local Business Advertising across Northallerton, Thirsk, Easingwold, Ripon, Masham and across the Cotswolds.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
I don’t have an advert, is that a problem?
No, we will design you an advert free of charge for use in our magazines. If you require the advert for use elsewhere (e.g: another publication, to make flyers from it) then there is a £30.00 charge for us to supply you with a high-res version of the design.
Can I send my own advert design to you?
Yes. If possible advertisements should be submitted in a high quality graphic format such as: PSD, PDF, JPEG or TIFF. Art work created in Adobe Photoshop should be created at 300dpi and supplied in one of the formats above. We also accept hard copy. Other file types include: Microsoft Word. Artwork should be emailed to: dwight@jkanorth.com or christine@jkanorth.com
Can I send my ideas for the advert in the post?
Yes, of course. Any advert design ideas will be gratefully recieved and a proof will be posted back to you. Please ensure you post your copy to us at least 2 weeks prior to the copy deadline.
Will I get to see my advert before it’s printed?
Yes, a proof is always emailed for approval prior to print. However, if no response is received then the advertisement will be published as shown on the proof. Proofs can be posted if this is required.
Can you turn my advert into a poster, flyer or business card?
Yes, this can be done. Please visit the design page for more details of this service.
Will I receive a copy of the magazine when it is printed?
Yes, a copy of the magazine will be posted to you with an invoice.
ADVERTISING
Can I mix and match the areas that I advertise in?
Yes, that is fine and there is no additional charge. Please ensure we are fully aware of the issues you would like to advertise in at the time of booking. Please contact us to discuss this.
